    I really enjoyed my time here, and the worker helping us was super nice. We were booked in the last time slot of the day, and ended up being the only ones inside at the time. He explained the rules and games to us, and even gave us a little bit of extra time to wrap things up. It's located in the same space as a dojo, and can be a little hard to find, but it's great!

However, for walk-ins, it's wise to check their hours in advance. Tucked into a building bustling with various businesses, finding the entrance might require a bit of navigation as their signage shares space with a martial arts studio. Once inside, a friendly staff member greeted us and guided us through the initial paperwork. A quick QR code scan and a few initials and we were set to dive into the action. With 45 minutes on the clock, we delved into the art of axe throwing. While it may take a few tries to find your rhythm, once you do, the experience transforms into a competitive frenzy. Surprisingly, it was an absolute blast! The service was good, and the pricing felt reasonable for the thrill we got in return. Without a doubt, we'll be back for another round. Even though I was a complete beginner, the coaches were fantastic. They patiently guided me through the throwing technique, creating a safe and encouraging environment. It's surprisingly easy to pick up, and the feeling of satisfaction when you land a bullseye is incredible! We went as a group, and it was the perfect way to break the ice and have some friendly competition. Bad Axe offers a variety of games to keep things interesting, and the atmosphere is energetic and upbeat. We all left raving about the experience, already planning our next visit.     Two of us dropped by on a Sunday afternoon (without a reservation) and had a great time! Derek, the host and "coach" was excellent at getting us oriented and providing tips on how to throw. It is exactly the silly fun you might expect from throwing axes at targets!
